Updating.
For many of the requests.

1. Pak installed very easily
2. To unpack the archive file you need 7zip archiver.
3. Pack work with any computer, even on old decrepit machines (without ENB)

• File GTA_San_Andreas \ models \ particle.txd which contains - water, clouds, dust, bushes, sight hydra blood, lights, pitfalls are outside the map, traffic lights, the moon, the moon itself, and lights, weighs 33 MB (32.4 MB (33,988,904 bytes))
• File GTA_San_Andreas \ models \ effectsPC.txd which contains - flies, cigarette smoke, the effect of nitrous, explosions, smoke from the sand, smoke from the shots, leaves, shells are ejected from the weapon, the bubbles in the water, splash water, various types of flame , the effect of breaking the glass, lightning (only when Cleo), flash in the rain, the effects of smoke haze, light stars, scattered papers, butterflies, birds, etc., weighs 19.0 MB (19,933,480 bytes)
